Nova-scheduler weight question - prefer smaller hypervisors

Hi, I would like to configure the nova scheduler to prefer placing VMs on smaller hypervisors. How would I go about doing this? I can see that meters and weights are probably the way but I cant see good examples of this. Thanks Alex
